While news of drawing has been quiet in each province, British Columbia has been drawing in this month.

Like last month, there are 4 draws in BC, and the drawing score has slightly increased
With this change, applicants preparing for the permanent residency with ECE targeted drawing, could listen to unexpected information.

We thought the drawing score would be stable with around 60 points for a while,

but the score had been changed to 65 points for the last drawing in February.

Furthermore, the score kept increasing, even reaching 70 points for the first drawing in March.

Following this trend, many people wondered that the score might be increased to the unimaginable score,

and now it is.

In March, the drawing score increased by 5 points for each draw, eventually recording 85 points for the 4th draw.

70 points in the first draw on March 5, 75 points in the second draw on March 12, and 80 points in the third draw on March 19,

and 85 points in the last draw on March 26.

Around 70 points, many applicants thought that if they work in other provinces not Vancouver, they could have a chance to apply for the PR, but the score was over the 80 points, applicants preparing for the targeted occupation with ECE need to consider many things.

Today, applicant who preparing for the targeted occupation with ECE can receive additional region points and

prefer the city, Victoria which has urban style and various local attractive things.

For those who have completed certificate transfer or ECE major without relevant experience,

they can get more scores as follows.

(**This table shows the score with minimum requirements, so it could be changed by various environmental elements. Therefore, please refer to it only as a table of the average score.)

Murphy would like to inform you once again that Murphy's simulation calculated the score by converting ECE certificates through the credit banking system and getting a job or graduating from the ECE department in Canada (BC province) and getting a job.

Even if you look at the simulation, it would be helpful to get a little more point in your career and language in order to meet the score range that rose to 85. If you had not finished studying in BC but done certificate conversion, and you had worked in Victoria for 1year, with this background you could receive additional 14 points from work experience and take additional 10 points by being recognized 1 year of experience in your local score.
And then you can secure by 94 points.

In the case of British Columbia, ECE targeted occupation, there are many people who want to prepare for certification conversion through the credit banking system, so it is recommended to consider get scores while looking at the current trend of score changes.

The drawing score, which currently keep rising, is expected to continue for a while.

Meanwhile, in addition to the ECE job target draw, the scores for the draw of other targeted occupation
are also rising slightly. Among them, drawing point of TECH is started with 113 and 114 points,
respectively, and maintains a high score range. As for the TECH targeted occupation draw,
it is necessary to look at the score range that can be secured through simulation.
Unlike targeted occupation of ECE, IT-related workplaces are concentrated in Vancouver,
so how to meet for the gap in scores that were not secured in regional scores is the key.

In General draw, the draw score keeps maintaining around 120 points without big event.

Still, we couldn’t see downward trend of drawing score.

As the score has been steadily rising this year,

and the BC province and the Canada government continue to strengthen immigration laws,
we hope you plan thoroughly following the province updates and Murphy's guidance.

Murphy will come back with the Monthly report in April.
