British Columbia has been drawing in February.

Unlike in January, there were a total of 4 draws, two of which were not general draws.

As in January, provinces, which did not draw in general areas, had draws of Tech. Therefore, on Feb. 13th and 27th, only the draw was targeted for Tech occupations.

Currently, the BC has not only Childcare, Health, and Tech jobs, construction jobs included in November last year and Veterinary care,

which was selected for the first time in 24 years to draw, have established them as regular target draw.

So, BC maintains the draw of job targets in a total of five categories.

With this February draw in BC, we can point out that the score of general drawing and Tech target draw,

and the drawing score of Childcare, which has an unchanging drawing score, rose 5 points to 65.

Most of all, the first draw in February, Healthcare and Childcare are sustained at 60 points. But general score was 122 points, rose 2 points than drawing score in January. In general drawing, the drawing score in February with 1126 points, up 4 points from the draw on Feb. 21, so with flow, we can assume the drawing score in March is about 120-130 points.

In particular, applicants who want to study and work in Metro-Vancouver are started at 0 point because they have lost score from regional score, so they should meticulously consider a plan B that BC and other provinces’ immigration programs

that have many beneficial programs for applicants.

Therefore, people who want to immigrate to BC have to check the immigration program that

suit ‘you’ with the advice and consultation of immigration experts like Murphy!

In the case of Tech draw, compared to last year's 70 to 80 points, the score increases every time the simulation is conducted.

There were two Tech draw trials, each with 108 points. As the score for Tech draw increases,

it is recommended that those who are attending or planning to graduate from IT departments in BC consider the possibility of securing points through simulation in advance.

In January's draw, we mentioned the variability of Tech and Childcare draw points. As predicted, the number of drawn applicants and change in scores is decreasing slightly, and the first draw in March was concluded o 70 points, up 5 points for ECE target,

so, applicants who proceed with the two programs should consider getting 5 to 10 points morr than the expected draw score.

On the other hand, after the announcement of international student regulation, inquiries of post-graduate study and immigration are increased. So, following this situation, applicants prepare for the post-graduate study in BC

because applicants can apply for the permanent residency right after their graduation.

Therefore, applicants who want post-graduate degree in BC have to prepare for immigration at the same time as admission, so professional consulting is required from the admission stage.

Admission of post-graduate is totally different from general college and university admission, and post-graduate immigration is more different.

Murphy offers professional consulting on immigration after studying abroad.

I hope you and Murphy prepare for a master's immigration without failure.

In March, as the study permit application is resumed, there will be another confusion in the immigration situation.

For those who are about to apply for a visa or have applied for a permanent residency,

please consider the situation of immigration and estimate that it may be delayed more than expected.

Murphy will come to you with the monthly report for March.
